"The Groove Returns" is an australian comedy series. The show stars Darren Ross, Michael Ross, Mark Ross and Rosalyn Ross.

The first season will premiere in September 2013 with 13 episodes ordered.

Development and BackgroundEdit

YouTube Page ShutdownEdit

After 2008's "The Groove Series 8", The Groove confirmed on it's official YouTube page that it was not continuing to make more due to the controversial "Cynthia" stunts that they made and that their personal lifes were being affected due haters hacking their personal details and school lifes. On March 29, 2010, The Groove's YouTube page was shutdown due to the controversial "Cynthia" videos on the channel. During the period of 2008-2010, The Groove were filming Series 9 but they had other plans instead.

ReturnEdit

September 2011, Darren Ross spreads rumors on his Twitter page that "The Groove Series" will return in December 2011 with a new series. December 2011, Darren officially announces a new series titled "The Groove Returns" will revealing the logo and planned air date which was February 3, 2012. After a year later, Darren announced on February 9, 2013, presenting a official twitter and youtube account titled "officialgroove" which the series will officially premiere on 3 May 2013 which also lead into another delay due to more found missing footage from 2006 to make more episodes. It has been revealed that the series will premiere in Fall 2013 and will have 13 episodes.

DJMR confirmed that editing is quite a long process due to gathering the best footage that is worthy to make it on to the series. During editing DJMR said each episode is going to be completly random and you will not know what's going happening next
